United Nations Finally Admits Culpability for Haiti’s Deadly Cholera Outbreak

Since 2010 over 770,000 Haitians have become infected and over 10,000 have died as the result of a deadly Cholera outbreak. Now, for the first time, they have admitted their direct culpability and will work with the country for a resolution.
